The breakfast was good, except my sausage was burnt. I like the location. I love that the hot tub and pool is open 24 hours. Wish the hot tub was a little hotter, but I understand that they can't cater to me, that others might not like it HOT. I like that it is animal friendly. Love the cookies ( last time it was peanut butter, this time macadamia nut). All the staff are friendly and helpful. Love the hot chocolate machine. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

After a long day on the road, our three week vacation was coming to an end. We simply wanted a hotel with a pool & jacuzzi, and included breakfast. We were overwhelmed.with this property's ambience and helpful front desk, multiple complimentary hot beverages in the lobby, and very sleek and clean appearance. We swam, relaxed in the jacuzzi, and were able to completely unwind. After arriving at our final stay (the next evening) we realized we had left my (extra) insulin in the Best Western room's refrigerator. We called in a panic but were assured they would find it and ship it to us. This was confirmed by hotel management the next morning; the package is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Bravo, Best Western Plus of North Spokane!

Breakfast perfect for a 3 night stay, scrambled egss, potatoes, sausage and specially the self-made waffles are delicious. The room was modern and spacious, We stayed at the kingsize bedroom and was super confortable with the sofa, work desk and bed space. Air conditioning equipment was smooth and silent. We used the fitness center which was spacious and had weight machines, also the pool is warm and open 24/7!

My family and I had a wonderful 2-night stay at BW Plus Spokane North hotel. The front desk worker Jazmine was very welcoming and accommodated us during our stay! Breakfast waiting staff was hospitable and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool/hot tub areas were very clean! Location of hotel was perfect with a variety of restaurants and Wal-Mart nearby! My family and I would stay here again. I would highly recommend others to book their next stay with them. :-) Thank you BW Plus Spokane North staff for making our experience great!

Breakfast was good and the lobby was cozy! Loved the lighted door numbers. Didn't get to swim or workout, but checked out the amenities. Really nice fitness center!

Room was clean as was the entire hotel. Traveling with a 5 yr old, I appreciated the 2 beds AND the pool. He had a swim after breakfast and had it all to himself. The breakfast was ok but the eggs were weird. They also accomidated out late check in without a question. Since we were running late it was a bonus.
